Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 August 2026

Measy plans your week of meals from a few answers about how you cook and shop. This policy explains what personal data the app collects, how it is used, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are

Measy is operated by Tomo Interactive Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the United Kingdom and the data controller for the personal data described here. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under registration number ZC209137.

What we collect

What we do not collect

How we use your data

Our legal bases

Under UK GDPR we rely on: performance of a contract (building your plan and running your subscription), legitimate interests (keeping the app working, secure and improving), and consent (optional notifications, which you can withdraw at any time).

Where your data lives

Your answers and plan are stored on your device. If you sign in with Apple, they are also stored in our cloud database (hosted by Supabase) so they follow you across devices. Access is restricted so that only your signed-in account can read or change your own data.

Our hosting providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers are protected by recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK-approved standard contractual clauses.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Measy: Apple (sign-in and payments) and Supabase (secure data hosting). These providers process data on our behalf and cannot use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it — and deleting it

We keep your account data for as long as you have an account. You can permanently delete your account and everything stored with it at any time, directly in the app: Settings → Account → “Delete account & data”. You can also email us and we will remove it for you.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, and to restrict or object to our use of it. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

Measy is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update it here and refresh the date at the top of this page.
